1. Online price and transactions

All parts are supplied exactly as described and shown at the time of purchase. Any accessories, fittings, centre caps, wheel bolts, TPMS sensors, or additional components not specifically listed in the product description are not included.

All prices displayed on our website include VAT and standard delivery to UK mainland addresses unless otherwise stated.

Please note that when purchasing alloy wheels and tyre packages, the tyres will not be mounted or fitted to the wheels prior to dispatch. The alloy wheels and tyres will be supplied and delivered separately and must be professionally fitted before use.

Tyre Pressure Monitoring Systems (TPMS) and service kits available for most vehicles * ask for pricing.

An online purchase or appointment booking does not create a binding contract between you and Hotline Tyres. Any order placed through our website constitutes an offer by you to purchase goods or services from us.

We reserve the right to accept, refuse, postpone, or cancel any order at our discretion, including after an order confirmation has been issued, where we are unable to fulfil the order or where pricing, stock, or technical errors have occurred.

Professional tyre fitting is strongly recommended. All prices advertised on our website are for the supply of goods only and do not include fitting, installation, balancing, wheel alignment, or any other labour charges unless expressly stated otherwise.

Delivery Information

FREE delivery is available to most UK mainland addresses.

  • Dispatch Time: Usually within 1 working day.

Due to tyre sizes and courier logistics:

  • Items may arrive in separate deliveries.
  • A signature may be required upon delivery.

You may provide delivery instructions during checkout, including a safe place or nominated neighbour, although delivery remains at your own risk where such instructions are used.

Tracking Information

Hotline Tyres cannot accept responsibility for fitting appointments, garage bookings, labour costs, vehicle downtime, or any associated expenses arranged before the goods have been received and inspected.

Once tyres or alloy wheels have been fitted to a vehicle, they are deemed accepted by the customer and cannot be returned unless proven to be faulty under applicable consumer legislation.

Incorrect Orders

If you receive an incorrect item, please accept delivery and contact us immediately so that we can assist in resolving the issue.

Refused deliveries may incur additional courier charges and may affect eligibility for marketplace protection programmes, including the eBay Money Back Guarantee.

Weekend and Bank Holiday Dispatch

Orders are not dispatched or delivered on Saturdays, Sundays, or UK Bank Holidays.

Tyre Speed Rating Information

Tyre speed ratings shown in product listings are supplied by our manufacturers and distributors.

Historically, the designation "ZR" identified tyres capable of speeds exceeding 150 mph. Modern tyres now use more specific speed ratings, including:

  • W – Up to 168 mph (270 km/h)
  • Y – Up to 186 mph (300 km/h)

Some tyres may continue to display the ZR marking alongside these ratings.

M+S (Mud and Snow) Markings

Tyres marked M+S (Mud and Snow) feature tread patterns designed to improve traction in muddy, wet, and light snow conditions and are generally suitable for year-round use in the UK.

Please note that an M+S marking alone does not indicate full winter certification. Fully winter-certified tyres will also display the Three-Peak Mountain Snowflake (3PMSF) symbol.

Due to the specific design of Most vehicles, we cannot guarantee a perfect fit for every model. In some cases, additional components such as fitting kits or spacers may be required, which are not included in this sale and may incur extra costs. Any guidance we provide regarding fitment should be used as a reference only and not as a guarantee.

2. Incorrect order

We are not liable for any damages caused by your order of tyres with incorrect dimensions from our website. It is your responsibility to ensure that the tyres you buy meet your vehicle's specifications.

3. Returns/Refunds

We shall not accept returns, nor provide refunds for OEM components that have already been fitted to your vehicle.

If a fitted component is found defective, you may buy a replacement product from us. If the manufacturer confirms the fault, we shall refund the replacement cost in full.

4. Missing appointments

You must bring your vehicle to our garage on time as per the scheduled appointment. Delay from your side may lead to cancellation and rescheduling.

If the payment has already been completed and you cancel without adequate notice, we reserve the right to withhold 25% of the servicing cost.

5. Cancellations and reschedules

You can cancel and reschedule servicing, MOT, or repair appointments subject to our availability. Please notify us at least 2 days before the appointment date.

Online order cancellations must be made within 24 hours of purchase to be eligible for a full refund.

6. Estimates

The estimates we provide after inspection are valid for 14 days only.

If additional faults are detected after stripping down the vehicle, we will notify you before commencing further work.

7. Conduct

Submitting your vehicle for servicing or repairs gives us consent to test the vehicle on the road.

Please remove all valuables from the vehicle before leaving it with us. We are not liable for loss or damage to valuables.

8. Parts

If you wish to inspect replaced faulty parts, you must notify us when leaving the vehicle at our premises.

Otherwise, removed parts become our property and may be disposed of according to environmental regulations.

9. Payment

We accept payments by cash, debit card, credit card, or other valid bank cards.

Goods will not be dispatched until payment is received in full.

Prices and VAT

All advertised prices include the current UK rate of VAT.

Back Orders

If an item is temporarily out of stock, you will be notified as soon as possible.

In case of non-payment, we reserve the right to claim a general lien on your vehicle and may sell it after 3 months if payment remains outstanding.

10. Guarantee claims

OEM components, including tyres, are covered by the manufacturer’s guarantee.

You must provide an invoice as proof of purchase when making a claim.

  • Damage due to failure to follow manufacturer instructions
  • Natural calamity, theft, or normal wear and tear
  • Repairs carried out by another garage without consent

Please Note: Please note that no warranty is provided for: Paint finish, lacquer finish, colour fading, staining, corrosion, or cosmetic deterioration occurring after delivery. Damage caused by kerbing, potholes, road debris, accidents, collisions, or other external impacts. Cracked, bent, buckled, or otherwise damaged wheels resulting from accidental damage, misuse, road hazards, or vehicle accidents. All wheels should be inspected upon delivery and prior to fitting. Any transit damage or manufacturing defects must be reported before the wheels are fitted to a vehicle. Once fitted, the customer accepts responsibility for any accidental or impact-related damage..

Typographical Errors

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders placed at an incorrect price due to typographical errors.

Discontinued Products

If a product is discontinued or unavailable, you will be informed and offered a refund or alternative.

All returns must be authorised by Hotline Tyres.

You have the right to cancel or exchange your order up to 7 working days after delivery.

Returned goods must be unused and in the same condition as received.

Wheels and Tyres

Please note that alloy wheel and tyre packages ordered for delivery are supplied with the tyres and wheels separately; the tyres will not be fitted to the wheels prior to dispatch.

Wheels and tyres that have been fitted are non-returnable.

All wheels and tyres left on our premises will be disposed of within 7 days.

Faulty Goods

All goods are subject to manufacturers’ terms and conditions.

Damaged Merchandise

Claims for damaged goods must be made immediately and signed for as damaged; otherwise, the claim will be void.

12. Wheel Protection

How to protect alloy wheels from corrosion

Alloy wheels endure significant stress from weather, road salt, braking heat, and impact forces.

Although aluminium does not rust like steel, it can corrode over time, especially when brake dust and iron particles damage the protective coating.

To minimise corrosion:

  • Use non-iron brake pads where possible
  • Clean wheels regularly with soap and water
  • Avoid harsh or abrasive cleaners
  • Apply a suitable wheel sealant in 2–3 coats
  • Inspect wheels regularly for damage

Regular maintenance helps preserve the wheel’s finish and ensures proper tyre sealing and air pressure retention.
